The Pennsylvania (PA) Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard (AEPS) includes exemptions for 70% of the Electricity Distribution Companies (EDCs). These exemptions will cease in January 2011. The current adequately supplied market will begin to rebalance in the 2011‐12 energy year with demand of approximately 50,000 Solar Alternative Energy Credits (SAECs).
